Mediterranean Wrap

I don’ t know about you, but I think food tastes even better when it’s beautiful! The vibrant colors of this are only a sneak peak of the delectable flavors.

Wraps are one of my favorite orders at a restaurant. They’re fairly light but still filling. To make them at home, pick out a tortilla and fill it up!

Mediterranean WrapMakes 1 wrap
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: none

1 tortilla
A handful of spinach
5 cucumber slices
5 Roma tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon red onion
1 tablespoon feta cheese

Lay out the tortilla flat on a plate. Add the handful of spinach on the wrap. Layer with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese. Roll up.

About Humble Foodie

While we both love to eat well, life as AmeriCorps volunteers doesn’t afford us the budget to try every new restaurant and type of cuisine. With many post-graduate expenses and limited financial resources, what’s a foodie to do? The answer is here, at The Humble Foodie. Instead of spending our hard-earned cash paying other people to cook for us, we’re spending as frugally as possible making delicious meals at home.
