A Very Special Announcement

Dear Friends of The Humble Foodie,

Happy Monday! We hope that wherever you are, you are experiencing some of this beautiful sunshine and warmth that made our weekends so memorable. Kerry and I are especially excited to start this week with a special announcement. You may have noticed something different when you glanced at our site today–or it may have been small enough to escape your notice–but we bought ourselves a present!

You can now find The Humble Foodie and all of your favorite recipes at HumbleFoodie.com. Any bookmarks you have to our old address, https://thehumblefoodie.wordpress.com, should redirect to pages hosted on our new domain. Make sure to bookmark the new link to read new recipes and stories every week, and please share it with friends.

Kerry and I have plenty of recipes to share with you in the coming weeks. Over the weekend, we both prepared food for a bridal shower. Kerry made some adorable cupcakes (the highlight of any party!) and I whipped up some scones, deviled eggs, and a Senegal-inspired sweet tea. In addition to these tea party favorites, we’ll share some warm weather-inspired recipes for the grill.

This blog has been a wonderful way to stay in touch with (old and new) friends and family and has also inspired both of us to try new recipes and techniques. Thanks to everyone who reads the Humble Foodie for your support and encouragement. We wish you many delicious meals shared with delightful company.
